First one is real, it's off of the show hosted by Forrest Griffin, Extinct or Alive, and he genuinely did capture footage of the Zanzibar leopard but while the second footage is real, it's not a Megalodon. It's most likely just a Greenland Shark. Cool video though 👍

Greenland sharks have shiny green eyes with a greysh black skin thats the easiest way to identity them also you can give a google search for more information
With just a footage we also can’t be sure that it had shiny green eyes and grey skin because the the footage is recorded in deep sea. So it’s 50/50

Also these footages were taken by scientists so if this was a "GIANT" as you say shark they would have identified it as a new species

The first video is real, they really caught a Zanzibar Leopard, but the 2nd one is just a Greenland shark. And the thing below it is a crab trap, so it cannot be more than 20 feet long in the video.
