Then later on you had a certain forgotten wrestler who can no longer be named who cut promos on Paul Bearer's death as well as Jerry Lawler's heart attack. WWE has played that horrid card on more than one occasion. Nothing is off limits for Grandpa Vince. Even death. If Roman had tragically passed from his illness, WWE would have made some sort of marketing out of it at some point. Would have had a match with some guy winning the title in "Roman's honor" in a sad attempt to make them a star overnight.

I think there’s multiple reasons to this Rollins situation. First I think he’s annoyed that Moxley is the hottest thing in wrestling when he’s meant to the be the top guy in the biggest wrestling promotion in the world. “I’m happy for that” what a weird phrase. Wouldn’t you say happy for him?
Secondly I think he’s delusional as he’s had it made since day one in WWE. He was never put in c level feuds or left floundering in the mid card like Ambrose. Everything was high profile. First NXT champ, Authority’s golden boy, multiple time world champ, dual US/World champ, the IC title workhorse, Tag champ, royal rumble winner, beat Brock at mania. He hasn’t had anything to complain about. It’s easy to say all the stuff he’s been saying when the company has made sure no matter what he’s taken care off.
Great wrestler, just seems to be a little disgruntled that no one is talking about him but rather other things like AEW, G1, Moxley, Omega, Jericho, Rhodes ect.
MVPboppin even Becky over shadowed him on the road to mania. Granted he’s not holding that against her but he probably feels this should be his time but everything and everyone feels bigger.

Seth Rollins has always bored me. He's a perfect example of why having an interesting character is as important as being a good wrestler. He's always struck me as a poor man's Edge in terms of character.
He is the poor man's edge. At least edge was funny and interesting as a face most times. Seth is a boring asshole who says random tough guy talk and who still hits his friends in the back with a chair.

I think the main reason why he cracked under the pressure, and this is only a thought Solomonster, is because all the talk in the wrestling world is on Jon Moxley and AEW, instead of it being on Seth Rollins...and he's the WWE's top guy as the Universal Champion. His tweets came off passive aggressive, and that's not good.

He honored his contract, did everything he could do try and improve his situation, and in the end decided to take his business elsewhere. It also goes to show you that Rollins or anyone else in that fucking company doesn't even understand the phrase correctly. When someone "takes their ball and goes home", that's basically implying that nobody can play anymore and everything came to a screeching halt because now there is no ball to play with, so to speak. But that didn't happen at all. Dean chose to not renew his contract and business carried on as usual. Dean leaving did not bring anything to a stop the way say someone like Hogan or Michaels or Warrior used to do back in the day.

Seth does have an ego though, which is something he has in common with Triple H.
Dean Ambrose was nothing but professional (for the most part) during final run in WWE. He didn't have an ego, quite the opposite actually he was humble and willing to put guys over (though the booking stifled everything as usual) I hope Seth gets his head out of Becky's sugar walls for some air since he seems to have forgotten where he came from (regardless of being a company mouthpiece)

With his logic, let's talk about some of the bands Seth likes, he's into the metal/core bands that don't get too much recognition in the mainstream. Most of the musicians have probably been playing since they were in middle school or high school. Most have probably been in smaller local bands. And they all have payed their dues, touring the country, for very little money. Then they make it big enough to be featured bands, have a major label backing them, and sell lots of merchandise. Anyone can come along and say that someone like Cardi B is a better musician because she made more money.
He strikes me as one of those "If you don't like the same music as me you have no musical taste" types.

Seth was red hot in 2016-2018 when he was a babyface in my personal opinion. Nowadays he's just like Roman Reigns, a boring top guy babyface. The way that storyline should have been done was Ambrose revealing that he'd never forgiven and would never forgive Seth for betraying The Shield and only pretended to make peace with him to make him let his guard down. But no. Instead we got ass injections, ripping off Tom Hardy's Bane, exploiting a man's real life disease for a fictional storyline and childish "you smell" insults to the audience.
If Seth had gotten that gimmick whiny git that he is would have had a real life version of one of his Twitter tantrums and been like "How dare you. This is serious business. Why are you all laughing?"

There's a theory going around that his interview with SI was a promo from Vince McMahon. The theory has to do with some words or phrases he used like "big boy pants" and talking about the "grueling travel schedule". I mean, if Seth and Dean were good friends, why put him on blast weeks after the Jericho podcast?
They always had the "us vs them" mentality, hell, they've been trying to instill them into fans ever since the Monday Night Wars ended. If there's an alternative out there, it is waging war against WWE on principle, because WWE is the rightful owner of wrestling, that's what WWE wants its fans to think. If you're not behind them 100%, you're against them. Because they're the good guys, they're the heroes, that's how they rewrote pro-wrestling history to be when WCW put itself out of business, they talked a narrative of a wrestling war in which they were the victims of a vicious, unjustified assault from a company that used dirty tactics and almost put them out of business, but they came back and out of sheer quality they put THEM out of business and from them they're kings and they're not to be questioned, ever. Too bad that is *NOT* what happened. They're very good at manipulating the narrative, the fans and the employees and it's clear Rollins has gulped down the koolaid and not it is spilling off. I lost all the respect for the guy and I was a longtime fan of him from his Tyler Black days.

I'm actually surprised this came from Rollins. I thought this was something I'd expect that boring, overrated, geico, caveman-esque Roman Reigns to say. That being said, no one gives a rat's ass about Rollins salary. Little do people who gloat about having a higher salary than others realize is that they can end up having health problems or, God forbid, even die before using all of their salary. I have a well-paying job, but I don't gloat about how much salary I have.
