This song threw me back to summer of 2013. I was just starting classes at a new college. I was hustling everyday. I listened to this album front to back every T/TH/F as those were my class days. 10 years later and I'm still hustling. I'm still trying to figure out who I am, still wondering if I'm doing everything I'm supposed to, sadly not watching as many movies without the sound on anymore, and searching for happiness through a newborn's soul. Thank you Mac, you gave me newfound confidence the year this album came out. Can't wait to show my Son my Mac collection.

Sitting in treatment right now, thinking about Mac like every other day for some reason. When he passed is when I discovered him for real. Mac was a spiritual being. He was wise beyond his years and his soul was way older than this generation. Sadly wise souls like that take off again with too much drug use on the body . I don’t think Mac was meant for this generation he was meant to live in the 60s and 70s. There are rumors of macs friends saying he knew what was going on in the spiritual world too, like things that take a much higher awareness to understand

If I was being honest with myself, I'd say the pain of losing Malcolm has not been unlike losing a very close friend. I've never listened to music that resonated so deeply with me. I loved his ear for sound. Will be missed for all time, and thought of as one of the greatest of all time.

My favorite artist of all time. I have one tattoo of the circles album cover on my arm. No other tattoos. Saw him in 2016 NOVEMEBER 7TH in PORTLAND OR, Crystal Ballroom, my first ever concert. He passed 1 1/2 years later. So glad I got to meet him and see him. Stay blessed.

It was just the summer of 2013 yesterday. Being a 13 year old kid bumping watching movies with the sound off. Still my favorite album that Mac has produced. His music brings me back to good times and good memories. Hearing this version for the first time made me feel that special feeling again of being a kid with no worries, having fun with the homies. It’s insane how much this beat changes the vibe of the song. It’s still dark but it almost sounds like Mac coming up for air rather than wallowing in the drugs and the sadness which makes it all weirdly sadder to me. He turned the song from a hangover track to a comedown track in my mind and it’s…it’s really beautiful

I bought this album 10 years ago. I vividly remember finding it in the New Releases section while other customers whirled around the store around me doing their something’s not nearly as important as the reason I was there … then double checking if I had enough money to buy it.-~Something I should have done at home prior to leaving because buying this cd was the soul purpose I left the house… It’s not like I randomly saw it in the store and got it, it was the reason I went to the record store.~ I even brought my laptop with me so I could immediately rip it into iTunes and put the album on my iPhone at the time.
Huge respect to his family and team for treating his legacy so well. Mac truly had some insane talent and still cant believe we lost such a genuiently very talented artist in the game man. Rest easy mac 🕊️❤️

Never even met Mac, but listening to him for the first time with the K.I.D.S. Mixtape when I was in middle school then all the way up until I turned 21 and he passed away that same year, I miss him like a friend.. Felt like each project was a great soundtrack to what it was like growing up with all my friends and family. The best short lived movie I could've ever been apart of. His music will live on forever with each memory

I met Mac in 2018 a few months before he passed away, I remember that I was going through a really hard time in my life and at times on the verge of suicide, that's when I met his music and it really changed my life in all aspects. , then when I wanted to know more about his life and future concerts, I realized that he passed away. I still remember how sad I felt knowing that I would never see him and that he could have saved so many people, but he couldn't save himself, it's something that makes me sad to this day, although it motivates me to try to do my best. for helping others because we will never really know what problems a person has and how hard it can be to deal or carry, I thank Mac and his team/family for carrying on his legacy.
