Hello doctor, 2 days before in 2nd seating of RCT my dr used metapex and i am suffering severe pain and swelling on face after 2 days swelling reduced little bit but still present and pain too. I visited doctor some pus discharge was there then doctor told me ro come after 14 days. Should i visit another doctor for better treatment?
I believe in only single sitting rct. If u can dry the canal obturate it !

No need to change the doctor. It can sometimes happen. Pain should reduce now
In case of apexification for young permanent tooth which is better???
In first visit use water based and if disinfection still inadequate then use metapex for 20 days

Never ever use metapex in first sitting of BMP.
Remove metapex and put water based calcium
