I just have a problem with the play/pause button its too rigid not responsive enough every time you tap the play button its a 50/50 chance it will play at first tap
@14:32 when I attempt to record the sample while the track is playing the sample deck is muted but you can see the sample playing? Now if I stop the track and record a sample it's not muted? What's the problem?
Hey Kareem another great vid, if i set up two cdj on channels 2 and 4 for example does the mixer act independent of the software like an analogue mixer or does it remain digital ?
Can anyone tell me about the.stand by light. My controller will not turn on. The stand by light just blinked on and off. Then today I tried to power it. And it doesn't even show the standby light blinking anymore. Need some help please. Thanks
Lastly, if you had to choose between the MC6000 and the 4 Trak which would you choose and why. I see they are pretty much the same as far as features and price. Your professional opinion would be greatly appreciated.
@RealDJblaze Yes C deck is highlighted, I followed you exactly. I'll have the track playing hit cue, i see the sample loaded & the sample is playing but it's muted(grayed out). But if the track is stopped and I do the steps to load the sample it loads fine but the sample is not playing and is not muted? And yes I hit deckchg also.
I was leaning more so to the 4 Trak because of the size of the wheels and the sturdiness that you were talking about in the unboxing video. Did you post any mixing videos that you did with either unit?

How would you compare this to a VCI 400? I'm looking at both n don't see much of a difference. I'm looking mostly to be able to decently scratch and to record mixes. I'm using Traktor.

Hi Dj Booth and everybody, can you help me please? My device stopped working on the left channel. I can load midi but the audio is not working, for both speakers and headphone.
I am torn between the MC6000 and the Numark 4 Trak. I overheard you say on both reviews that I would need an external soundcard for timecode control of my CD players, but my question is if I switch to phono mode to play an external CD that someone might bring (i.e. a special request) will the soundcard still handle it or would I still need an external card. I am about to make a purchase and I don't want to make the wrong decision. Any advice would be great. Thanks!!!!
17:31 - Back button to navigate the folders does not work, only scrolling through the list of songs works..same deck does work for folder navigation while using VDJ Pro...wish it worked with Traktor however...
I have a NI Traktor Kontrol X1. I am thinking about purchasing the mc6000 to use as a stand alone mixer to go with my X1. Do you think this would be a good pair.
You can use this with any laptop that meets minimum requirements which would be about 2GB RAM and a current processor... If you have Windows 7 or better you should be OK.
mc6000 can do timecode now with the latest firmware update according the sources online. Does anybody has experience with this? Does it work with Traktor too? Let us know. Thanks

If you hold down the shift button and use the select center rotor stick you can navigate the folders on the left in traktor ;-)

trinjaminternational Map it yourself in traktor... Probably takes like two minutes to do...
