Samsung Wind-Free 2.0 Ductless Heat Pump system installation

- We were back in Chelmsford Massachusetts today adding two additional Samsung 2.0 wind-free ductless heat pump heads to our clients home. We installed the main system last spring for the first floor. We sized the unit to be able to handle the whole house. But at the time the client wanted to just do the first floor living area. They were so happy with the performance of the system that they asked us to come back this spring and add the two additional Samsung heads to there second floor bedrooms.

Difference between windfree 2.0 vs 2.0e? Thanks
Between Bosch & Samsung windfree. Thoughts on either ? Located in Ma, replacing electric baseboard
We are Samsung certified contractors, I’ve not installed any Bosch Ductless units? We have great success with installing the Samsungs for our clients. They are very quiet and can provide 100% heating down to 5ºF outside temperature.

@@stealthman46 that is crazy low ball price. I just priced out a similar job with a 36K unit and the material costs are more then that quote. Something doesn’t add up there.
I have a samsung outdoor unit, Error E202 U C8....It is about 6 years old so all conncections are fine and it always worked fine. Do you have any suggestions as I am having a lot of trouble getting information from samsung?
I’d say find a local hvac contractor come out to do a diagnostic check on it. It’s impossible to guess what it is. Where are you located?
