You will also need a zipper with a detachable fastener. Its length is approximately 8-10 cm shorter than the length of the skirt.

- There will be lightning in front. To do this, I pressed strips of interlining to the edges of the fabric.
- I took a wide elastic band, the length of which I measured according to myself, and attached it to the top of the skirt. The fabric was folded to the width of the elastic plus a hem allowance of 1 cm.
- Then I stepped back 2 cm from the top fold and made a mark. This will be the start of sewing in the zipper.
- I stitched the zipper on both sides.
- I wrapped the top with a zipper like this and stitched it.
- I sewed an elastic band along the edges of the “belt.”
- I laid a stitch along the edge of the lapel, the fabric gathered into soft folds. In this case, the zipper is 2 cm lower.
- I hemmed the skirt by 1.5 cm. There was a drawstring around the edges, into which I inserted a round elastic band.
- The final touch is two small carabiners on the ends of the elastic, with which you can pull the skirt a little at the bottom.
Ready.
If you follow the step-by-step instructions, the sewing process will not take much time and you will have a new item in your wardrobe.

Молнию можно поставить наоборот, чтоб застёгивать начиная сверху, тогда можно сделать разрез путём застёгивание не до конца.
