Fruity Cereal Bars
The absolute most delicious cereal bars! With the cereal bars dipped in white chocolate it tastes just like a bowl of cereal!!
Ingredients
10oz Dandies Marshmallows
2/3 tbsps vegan butter
9oz vegan white chocolate chips
8-9 oz fruity cereal of choice, we used Three Wishes
1-2 tbsps water optional
Directions
Heat your butter in a large pan/pot over medium
Once melted add in your marshmallows
Stir and cook until melted and creamy
Add water if needed to help melt marshmallows
Add in your cereal
Stir until all cereal is coated in marshmallow cream
Remove from heat
Place into a lined 9x13 baking dish
Press down firmly
Refrigerate for at least one hour to harden
Remove from refrigerator and cut into bars
Melt chocolate in a medium bowl
Coat bottom of each bar into melted chocolate
Place onto wax paper
Refrigerate to harden
Serve and enjoy!
