This mix actually has so much nostalgia packed into it for me. The year was 2020, my roommate and I were out of school and not working because Covid just started. We were writing our own story and he was creating art pieces for the story board. We would have this mix on repeat every day.....Wow time flies

There was a period of my life, just after graduating high school, where I found myself lost deep inside the labyrinth of a mind addicted to LSD "Lysergic acid diethylamide". For weeks I had no attachments to the material world what so ever, not money, nor possessions the prior had held great sentimental value. I could not figure out how to socialize correctly, as I would get stuck in my head, unable to create even an utterance, partly from anxiety, partly from some other unknown factor. Needless to say I was pretty down, and literally lost inside of myself, my spirit, body and mind, all collided creating chaos inside my inner dimensions. However, I spent the remainder of what money I had left on a baritone ukulele, which was ground zero to rebuilding my life. I did not poccess the patience or ability to memorize the written chords, so I learned to play by ear. Every single day id wake up, meditate until I could feel my bodies energetic flow "if that sounds like hippy bullshit, do martial arts, or yoga, or simply read about regeneration", and then play uke for a couple hours. The remainder of my existance was spent writing and pondering trying to reconstruct myself. THIS SONG, was my go to for grounding myself, for writing my poetry, and simply to use as my lifes background music. THANK YOU for creating this music, it truly did, and continues to, improve my day, and bring me joy and comfort :)

I want to share my story because I feel like people can relate to others but have a hard time getting it out. I'm from a very dysfunctional family. So, I have social anxiety. I always tried to fit in. The only thing I was ever good at was sports and school. However, one enters the age where they get bullied. I didn't really let it get to me until one day it just sank in. I just disconnected myself and watched anime which was a norm. Furthermore, i sank into depression to the point I questioned my own existence and threatened my life. However, I realized that it's okay to be yourself. People do say drugs play with your mind and all. I use weed to finally express myself. (This is not an advertisement nor shall one consume it). I have always loved hearing this type of music. It elevates my high while also assuring me that it's okay to be me. It's okay to be expressive. There's no impossible. I just wanted to share.
