The sound has a bit of an eco, you can surround your mic with soft textiles, some folks will put their mic or phone inside a towel or blanket (obviously without blocking/touching the actual mic) you could put sound proofing foam or carpet on the walls but that might be a but much, you could hang tapestries or just place a lot of pillows and such around, the mores soft natural fibres the less eco. Seeing your expressions, the objects on the shelf behind you , the cards you’re holding up, even the colour of your shirt,(colour is like a language to me), has always been part of the framing of the reading. With your new setup, this is no more. I can no longer see your facial expressions or cards. Just a small figure at the end of a long table in a big white room. Two thirds or more of the screen I’m viewing is black border. Hope this is not permanent.
