You know why? Cause it's a Tseries production. Gulshan kumar was killed due to his bhakti as a true santani but nothing could stop sanatanis. A production house matters a lot to deliver constructive product or a piece of Art.
Edit: don't forget AR rahman is a hindu and he is converted for his personal matter.
SRK's mother was a hindu(of course she was converted to Islam after marriage) but he does have a hindu blood.
And this song and movie is the vision of director and producer that the team had to follow.
