I have 2 amplifier models: ZK TB21 and ZK HT21, they basically have the same sound but the ZK HT21 subwoofer frequency control adjustment works very little leaving the bass hard, in the ZK TB21 model the bass is softer because the adjustment of subwoofer frequency works more... does this amplifier model in your video have a large mid-bass cut in the subwoofer frequency adjustment?
Use oscilloscope to measure the performance ,especially the maximum output without any clipping,

total output of the board is 160+160+220=540 watts. and there is connected only 6A diode to to prevent mis-polarity connection.

Sir, I'm going to make Elliott P3A, can bc547 be used instead of bc546? Seen that, you have also used bc546 in your 100W amp which is also p3a's design.
Both are same only Vce is more for 546. You can use 547 upto 35 volt of power supply. Using with 42 volt will be marginal.

Man I hate this , I own Class-D amplifier boards myself, I don't actually hate Class-D amplifier that much simply because they are Class-D, I hate them because they aren't easy to repair and it's not economical to get repair done, their ICs difficult to get, and they easily get damaged.
If u doing anything less than 100w/ch & not battery powered then stick with discrete class ab designs. There are many high quality designs available. Class d has applications in battery powered devices or low power thin devices. Like pretty much all lcd TVs use class d. I have a 13yr old sony lcd. & It has a tpa3110 chip .
Class d chips don't die if done right. Some ICs like the tpa line of chips are extremely robust.
@@KuntalGhosh I do 10w to 200w with Class-AB(ICs likeTDA7294, TDA2050 and LM3886TF, LM1875T or Discrete transistors based amplifier) and Class-A(10w to 20w)

I have one smd components to3116D2 dual ic 2.1 and a 500 w class d MOSFET made from non smd components, and my problem is it's MOSFET and speaker आउट inductor is heating beyong normal temp. I doubt it's एफीसेंसी Even though it's class d it's heating losses are too much
@@nearchd504 The Filter components not optimized properly, that's why they are overheating, In Class-D the output filter is one of the most important component.

You said mosfet, which means you are talking about discrete Class-D amplifier boards, which claims high power like 1KW,2KW something similar.
