It's great because of the richness in culture and food. There is so much value to the history and prehispanic era of Mexico. If you go across every state of Mexico, you'll find something completely different from other states too.
That's what makes Mexico great. But that doesn't mean that it's perfect. It has many problems that make many people leave. I'm sure many jews who escaped to the U.S. during ww2 placed their israeli flags outside their homes because they missed their country and families. They missed their culture and foods. They were proud of being jewsish israelis.
The U.S. has given many immigrants form all over the world opportunities and the safety that their home countries can't give them. They are grateful for sure, like my parents, that they have the privilege of living here in peace and have stable jobs and a stable home to live in. My parents are proud of being from their home countries. They miss is a lot. They would have stayed in their countries if they were provided the opportunities to further their education, provide them security, and live a better life but their countries didn't which forced them to move here.
Why should it anger or bother you that mexican immigrants want to celebrate Mexico's independence day in the US?? They love their home country and are proud of what it fought for to be free from Spanish rule and be what mexico is today, a rich culture with diverse traditions and foods.
Americans are proud of what their country fought for be free from British rule and provide the population freedoms that the British monarchy did not give them so why shoudn't you be happy for mexican immigrants or for any other immigrant of any other country that was colonized and gained independence to be able to celebrate it here?
You know the US has always been a country of immigrants if we look at history.
Also, I've been watching youtube channels uploading mexico's independence day, and even Spanish youtubers I watch uploaded celebrating in mexico with mexican clothing and carrying mexican flags with them which is contradictory knowing that their country Spain once ruled mexico. They were having fun and proud of Mexico.
I don't know if you've saw but other countries like France, Canada, Russia, United Arab Emiratesand other countries put the mexican flag colors on some of their buildings. They don't have problems with showing the mexican flag in their country. They celebrated with Mexico too.

Abrir fronteras, desplazando "Migrantes" por varios objetivos, no solo por que les falte trabajo o por necesidad, es por sus recursos naturales, bajar y controlar la población global. Hay que investigar, la evolución nada tienen que ver con esto.
