- Welcome our final Virgin Voyages Valiant Lady vlog!
After our overnight in Ibiza, we wake up and grab some breakfast at The Galley, this is Virgin Voyages buffet!
After that we take the complimentary shuttle in to Ibiza Old Town where we enjoy a walk around and head up to the old castle.
Once back onboard we head to our favourite bar, The Dock for some nibbles! We enjoy some time at Richards Rooftop where we say thank you and goodbye to some of the lovely staff we met and made our cruise special.
We got our times for tonight's dinner completely wrong, so as we missed our reservation, we were put on The Waitlist for Pink Agave. It was another cracking meal! We finished out night off with our new friends before calling it a night!
Sadly, that marks then end of our cruise, we disembark in Barcelona before making our way home. We had such a fantastic time on Virgin Voyages Valiant Lady, the food, service and everyone we made made it one of the best cruises we've been on! So Would we go back? YES YES YES! We purchased a My Next Virgin Voyages cruise credit, this cost $300 and with this you get a $600 Bar Tab plus a discount of $300 off the price of the cruise - so we have booked another trip next year, so we will be back!

Our Valiant Lady cruise started in Barcelona and we cruised to Marseille, Cannes, Palma De Majorca and Ibiza, before returning to Barcelona.

We are bananas about cruising! We started cruising in 2014 by doing a mini cruise on P&O Aurora. Making videos of our cruises and sharing our experiences has become our hobby - the complete video is filmed and edited on an iPhone. The videos are our opinions and experiences while on board - really they are us having fun and brining you along with us!
We may not be the youngest cruisers but we are trying to break the stereotype that cruising is for retired people. On a cruise you will normally find us wondering around the ship taking in the atmosphere (and working our way through the cocktails).
We have sailed on Celebrity Cruises, P&O Cruises, Cunard Line, Princess Cruises, MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages and Avalon Waterways. We'd love to try Ambassador Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), Fred Olsen, Holland America (HAL), Disney Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Costa, Aida, Marella and Celestyal.

We were in Ibiza in August this year aboard P&O Britannia. Having to return to Britannia by 11pm, a large group of P&O passengers were standing at the dock side, taking photos of the Virgin ship in the next berth. It looked so good lit up with ‘I Love Ibiza’ across its side, we all unanimously announced “ We’re on the wrong ship!” So we have booked on the Scarlet Lady in June 2024, can’t wait, really looking forward to it, especially after seeing your videos, thanks again. 😊

Seeing you drinking beer and enjoying Mexican food, request a Michelada. It's light beer with real lime juice and chili. Very refreshing while dancing.

Another great set of videos lads, I was a little apprehensive about Virgin Cruises but after watching this I feel like its one to try so will be looking to book. Keep up the good work although I am slightly Jealous of the amount you get to cruise :)

You two are the best!! Nothing better than a new cruise monkey vlog. We just booked our first virgin cruise this summer out of Florida. How much bar tab do you recommend?
Awww thank you! Have the most fantastic time! Beers (small cans) were $5-6, G&T around $9 and cocktails/wine about $11. So it depends how much you plan to drink? We had 4 tabs for a week, so the cost was the equivalent of a alcohol package on Royal Caribbean etc. Hope that helps?

I think Virgin will be my next cruise. I've pretty much cruised solely on Celebrity, but it's time to try another line due to all the changes and cutbacks Celebrity has implemented.

Hi Boys. Like the itinerary but not sure if suitable for 2 65 + ladies? We are both open minded but not sure? What do u think?
If you are young at heart you will love it! There are quiet areas to relax and places to dance and party! We met a lady who had traveled over from the USA to Barcalona, in her 70s and loved it and was getting off and going to Athens to join another. It’s an experience that is so different to cruising on traditional ships but also great, we loved it!

The forums are full of good and the not so good about the new virgin ships. Some of the food looked good, some I would give a miss.
The cabins look a little basic and bathrooms are small.
From the series it’s difficult to gain an appreciation of what the whole ship is like. - guess you have to be there. Perhaps not for me - at least not at the price that are asking.
It certainly is different - which is good as increases the choice, but maybe it’s not a line for everyone! We were not entirely convinced until we tried it 😀

I think we are going to book a virgin cruise next! We went on p&o Iona for 2 weeks at the end of October and as much as we enjoyed it, everything was aimed at the older generation. We are both 21 years old, and we constantly had comments off older people about us being young, and found majority of entertainment and quizzes were totally not aimed at us. Was really disappointing actually. Definitely going to book onto virgin next, seems like it’s more aimed at us. Thanks for the great vlog guys as usual🫶
Oh fab! Yeah, definitely give virgin a go! They have the youngest youngest average passenger age! We met people from 21-70+ but all young at heart!
