- Pikkon joined Toppo in the Legendary Pack 1 Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC. He's such a cool character, and perfectly balanced. We've been waiting on him for quite some time, so I'm happy to finally see him in game!

Interestingly, you're each sorta right. Filler characters are non-canon, and movie characters (except for the movies that directly involved Toriyama, i. e. Battle of Gods, Resurrection F, and DBS: Broly) are also non-canon.
However, movie characters aren't filler characters and vice versa -- with a couple of exceptions due to the characters appearing in *both* filler episodes of the anime *and* movies. Pikkon is one of those exceptions (the other major one being Garlic Jr.), but the point remains that Z Broly isn't a filler character because he was never in the *serialized* anime.

I wont lie pikkon's combos look like it would be the 1st moveset they give us IF they ever make xenoverse 3 and allow us to switch out which characters combat style we get to use on our CACs. I know we got mods but I dont wanna do all that work.
