Sérénades d'âme Op. 1 No. 1 - for Orchestra

I composed this orchestral piece for a classical orchestra with some extra musical instruments like bass Clarinet and Chimes. Originally I wanted to name this piece "Des églises" which means "Churches" because of its style but then I preferred the "Sérénades d'âme" which means "Soul Serenades". I was heavily inspired by Giannis Kontsiantinidis (also known as Kostas Giannidis) a great musician and composer!

I really loved this piece! There are a ton of great things I could talk about. The finale is majestic, grand and magical. The percussion is explosive such as during 2:34. I loved the horns in 8:08. However, the most impressive aspect is your amazing use of dialogue between the different musical phrases throughout the piece. Once again, excellent work!
