I have like the same navi, but for me the sound works but the quality is very bad, on radio, CZcams, SoundCloud anything basically, I have to put it on 25-30(maximum) to hear something and then the sound is very distorted and weak, what could've gone wrong?
Im planning to buy the similar one used from someone its like new but i want to it will still work with factory amp? Or do i have bypass amp?

How did you get the sound to work? I installed mine but the sound didn’t work
You need 12 volt for Factory Amp activation
