You should have a speech in European Parliament to show those criticising moralists, that the situation both in Slovakia and Czech Republic is completely opposite from what they are saying. We have a lot of immigrants here who make an honest living, get higher than average education and so on. It's just the (de)mentality of this specific ethnic group, which originates from untouchable caste of India.

Maybe the reason we don't have communities that bad in America is because our government supports (not always, but sometimes) struggling communities. In my city, the government funded housing is sometimes better than the rest of the housing. Instead of turning their backs, the Slovakian government might work to educate the Roma youth to help the community fit into the society better, instead of cutting off their human rights in the same way Bulgaria has done in their Roma communities. Condeming them to poverty is certain to make the problem worse. I have never visited Europe so I can only present ideas, but as I read about these places I see many differences than how we treat our minority communities in the US.
