It would be GNEISS if you check out Stellaris Nexus, which totally ROCKS here: play.paradoxinteractive.com/ambiguousnexus
(Sponsored by Paradox) - They're also doing a playtest this week before the release - so don't pass this one up if you're interested in trying it out.
The Gneiss pun in game was very apropos given it's the last step of metamorphosis requiring the most intense heat and pressure.
Yes, you're correct, I'm NOT fun at parties
Is this AA
I have a alcohol addiction
As a geologist, I never envisioned such a pun.
Thank-you AA
What a bad and boring game play some more project zomboid
He really said "No that's not the Nexus, my planet is."
#NOTMYNEXUS2024
I can't believe Josh from Let's Game It Out had any time to play with you considering he was probably in the middle of building stairs into infinity or picking up every crumb of a shortbread cookie in Crumb Collection Simulator or some equally outlandish and wonderful task
Seeing him in the video completely threw me off guard
Or going to Mom's house as GoldBarMan😂❤
Letting some simulator run for 239 irl hours to see if a bus runs over a mouse infinitely or some shit. (I love him)
The way i cheered “JOSH” when he showed up, it was like a cameo in a marvel movie
@@koichihirose466bro same
Between Control's Rock throw, Elden Ring's Magic Rock Throw, and now Rocks in Space, rocks might just be the most powerful weapon and the solution to all of our problems!
We still throw rocks in modern militaries too :D
@@Choo_Choo_Oreo They're just ground up into an explosive powder, then put into melted down and reshaped rocks.
rock was the first solution to problems early humanity had.
@@StudleyDuderight Also Depleted Uranium Rounds
Sticks and stones may break bones, but rocks would never harm you
This is an epic tale that would have Sun Zu shed a tear.
“Appear weak when you are strong, strong when you are weak.”
The idea of rock people espionage just makes me think of The Thing from the Fantastic 4 in a fedora and trench coat trying to blend in with the rat people or bugmen
He is basically just the fallen empire just chilling in the corner with overpowered fleets and way too much money
This would make for a great movie or a Series where a galactic War happens and a third party just enrich themselves at the expense of everyone else, making themselves look small and insignificant in the grand scheme of things, only for them to take control of the Galaxy through commerce, culture, bribery, etc. And it's impossible to remove them from power, their homeworld is impenetrable thanks to all the technology and wealth they've amassed, the alliances they forged and you can't just siege them, their homeworld is self-sufficient.
Legends of the galactic heros, die neue theses might be of interest to you
This is in fact a plot point in a number of stories
@@Nixz_Leon never heard of that, I ought to check it out.
like the star wars prequels basically 90% of this
This happens in Asimov’s Foundation series
Ambi, Josh, and Spiff in one lobby. I can scarcely imagine the Chaos those three together could conjure and the philosophical insight that may be gleamed in its wake.
*gleaned
I really appreciate the editing of your videos, it makes something as chaotic as this so much easier to follow.
This video rocks.
EDIT - Did you have to use the scoreboard to read out our names from at the end? I feel like you didn't need to do that to me.
Don't get baSALT-Y with me
That Gneiss geology pun rocked me beyond my liquid core and straight to my solid core. Hopefully I can regain some MANTLE of control.
Rock people staying home like its 2020 and proving the true power of the work from home model. May their stone never crack, may their obsidian be ever sharp.
Winning a game by remaining indoors, Hazzor would be proud
Amphibian going from committing genocides to making friends is the truest character development

Really love this increase in content AA! Love your stuff
Drink every time he says "Rock"
I finished the video and bro I can't walk straight
Thank you for your videos amphigeusambiguan, it's always a pleasure to see them on my feed.
Ah, finally someone to wrest the title of exploit master from Spiff, cementing their monolith in the great lithos of the universe.
this friend group makes so much sense. Love to see it
3:30
Torsolo PTSD hit me hard
Glad to see Kleaper in the mix. Awaiting the inevitable Reggie collab.
LGIO and AA playing togther its the best thing ive ever seen
playing with AA is like driving a car while he throws an anchor out the window🤣
AA: I only ended up as the rock people cause I had to pick last in a game with friends
AA: ...Or lose alone like me if you don't have any friends.
Sir, these two things do not cohabitate xD
I love watching Stellaris gameplays :)
I love watching your video's.
What a splendid combination.
"None of whom have left their starting planet".
Well, I'm here on Earth now though...
I dont fear much in games, but when "let's game it out" is in your lobby, then its time to sweat. XD
Ambiguous amphibian has proven he is the true video game economist, the emperor of cheesing and exploits above all others 👑
This was such a blast to watch. Another banger.
I appreciate that you say "I'm ambiguousamphibian" instead of "My name is ambiguousamphibian". This a common mistake people make with pseudonyms which are not in fact their names.
I like how you went with Tyranid and not Zerg to mock them
They are a knock off of tyranids
Rocks fall. Everyone... LIVES?!
Finally!
Tiny Stellaris!
These boys straight up made Twilight Imperium into an rts excel spreadsheet.
Hell yeah!
Well hello weird frog man
Frog together strong.
The algorithm gave me spiff's video first but I watched your video beginning to end.
Literally all my favorite youtubers in one video.
WHAT
I absolutely love that three of my favorite content creators know each other!
Spiff said he won, AA said he won... wait wut
I was confused at first too, but the (main) game being showed in this video is a solo playthrough. He shows clips from his streamed game with the other youtubers at the beginning and then thanks them at the end and shows the scoreboard from that game at around 10:14.
I love your use of the song "Okay"
amazing videos, keep it up.
hahaha love it :) Gotta now see Spiff's version of this
Hurray another fresh vid by the notorious ambiguous
Dope AA video hands down 🤙🏽🙌🏽
DANG IVE NEVER PLAYED THIS GAME AND YOU ROCKED
This game looks like something I would play if it was the only game I could play.😊
I would of loved to hear the rage when they lost to you xD
I just finished a day of working from home. It is definitely the best strategy!
Love the trickle of 40K lore creeping into AA's content.
If only there was a Warhammer city builder. 🤔
Ok, the "... none of whom have left their starting planet" bit on the Patreon plug got a legitimate chuckle out of me.
26 seconds? i can FEEL when my favorite posts
Is this gonna show up on the Vod channel?? I’d love to watch the whole adventure!
Another MARBLEous video AA
Finally a sort of colab with you and Josh from lgio, if only we could get a legit one
The klezmer music when talking about the squidward capitalists….. HAHAHAHHAHAHA!!! That was borderline unacceptable.
thing with this game is, you either spawn next to the exterminators or there arn't any and you can coast for thousands of years in a mostly peaceful galaxy
Ah yes, build very tall my guy.
Omg, let's game it out and AA in the same place, my dreams, they've come true.
Man you have the coolest friends
Incestuous hikkikomori rocks conquer the galaxy with peace and rock music
I love you AA.
PS. The "uh *clap-clap-clap" song makes me violent
5:14 missed chance to say " Rocked Hard Economy" lol
Ha! Take that, Spiff!
I mean, good job winning!
Wasn't expecting Warhammer references in here, don't worry AA, someone gets them.
In the words of the ever wise Dak'kon: "Endure. In enduring, grow strong."
More of this please
Stellaris Nexus? nah, it's now "Swiss Neutrality: The Game"
Really loving all the 40k influences here
there's a part of me that likes to imagine your rock people aren't even sentient and every other race just had mass shared hallucinations thinking they were super strong stoic unflinching beings when really they were just vaguely humanoid shaped rocks. lol
Spiff and AA is the best duo for live game streams. Change my mind...
Fire, fire, fire, fire, fire, fire.
Rock, rock, rock, rock, rock, rock.
Never thought that one day, /our amphi/ would play the stoner game and win
Track in the beginning: 13ounce - OKAY
Ah, the good old Rock always wins. I love when somebody is outspiffing the brit or josh
Beating Hazzor at staying home...
damn bro
oh its josh
I know it’s just the color scheme, but the rock avatar reminds me of the default suit from Dead Space
For those about to rock, we salute you
The greatest cross over event we never knew we needed
Where did letsgameitout get the time between picking up all the atoms in a bread loaf to play? Lol
What a great group of gamers
Rock people, rock culture, rock music...
AA has it all. His empire of dirt.
Did they have each team member get a win for their video?
My God, your allegory for the American ecopolitical system is brilliant. Never directly invading but openly selling to any one and pitting others against each other. Controlling from behind the curtains with the most advanced technology and mountains of cash. Lashing out only when directly threatened but doing so with extreme force and precision. American truly is rock hard.
China would be more accurate I think. Massively entwined with the world's economies as well as supply chains.
I'd love to see you guys play tropico multiplayer. It's unfortunate because the multiplayer is completely dead because you need at least a few friends willing to sit and play for like a whole day. But it's all worth it to see your army March across your friends border and begin to wage war as they March for the capital. Or to see your "secret agents basically commit acts of terrorism in your friends country to destabilize and cause chaos.
I never thought rock could be so strong. On paper it always loses.
Excellent
Alternate Title: "Playing Tall in Stellaris Nexus"
Love your vids watching from Ghana Africa
This reminds me of one of the latest civ 6 games by potato where he tried to play tall and peaceful game. Then they took his capital, so he went berserk and killed everyone
3:25 clearly that's a Jackal from Halo
Rock on!! 🤘🤘
Wait
AA
Your rock people...
They're the origin story of the Bentusi!
stellaris does seem really cool
"Rock people. Rock people. Look like rocks. Talk like people."
The insect people are Kroot, obviously.
3:35 bro you can't hit me with the kenshi vibes and not make a kenshi vid
AA out here roleplaying Switzerland
Nice, love the games you play. Project Z is the best
Who here doesn't love watching ambiguousamphibian play paradox games with challenges?
