for the damage on the dresser you can go to dollar tree and get furniture scratch markers! they work quite well and have a color that matches the dresser perfectly! btw congrats on the big move!! 💗
I didn't have any special supplies, so i stained the scratch on my table with iodine
Those color stain sticks work great. I got mine at Walmart because I have so much wood in our home that as Bugs Bunny says. I carry a bigger stick. Lol. God bless you.

I think shes said a couple of times that he runs rental properties and a business? I could be wrong though
I think all they do is CZcams. I sure hope they did not pay much for this one, because other than the pool it is not much to look at and needs a LOT of work.

Hi guys and gals. If I had been around I would have caught those critters. Lol. You better hope a python doesn't slither in. Check the top of your cabinets before sticking your hands up there. My husband has been in construction for 42 years and he always said go around your house and check under sinks and in electric boxes and cover or fill holes with steel wool you can get at any hardware. Those snakes can get in really small holes. Don't want any in the bed. Love your house. God bless.

As someone who moved to orlando a couple years ago, the snakes stop coming when they know the house isn't abandoned anymore! but the lizards are always gonna be around. You can also cover the counters with contact paper in a pattern that you prefer

I actually enjoyed moving house, we didn't go far so I didn't change school or anything but it gave me a chance to look at all my things and sort through everything as I still have a few toys in my room
I don't hate those front living room tables. Since your decor is generally a farmhouse-y vibe, I would keep the rug but move it somewhere else in the home and get a larger one for the family room and I'd get rid of the weird semi circle table but the side tables and coffee table, if you painted them a light gray or white and made it look kind of rustic they'd be really pretty and right up your decor alley. Congrats on your new home. It's really nice! .... ps. A really easy fix to the water spot damage on the kitchen table, use a hair dryer on the highest setting 3-4 inches away from the spots and they'll vanish with the heat.

Welcome to Florida! The house is beautiful. Please make sure to put a security gate around the pool. Also I think I saw a canal behind your house. Please keep in mind that alligators swim in these canals and sometimes end up in your yard.

When I was younger we lived in Florida and my parents bought a little terrier because they love to kill creepy crawlers. That little doggers killed sooooo many snakes including several poisonous ones! A great dog.
Welcome to Florida, I moved here in 99. The humidity is something to get used to. I live in Bradenton, which is about 3 hours away.
I ❤ how younger kids always get excited about having stairs. Meantime us moms are thinking of all the times a day we will have to run up & down them. You definitely got a much larger house, more for your money in FL. Once you get accustomed to the humidity, lizards & mosquitoes I think you will love it! I live in GA but we make at least 1 yearly trip to St. George Island or PCB, FL every year for a beach vacation. How nice to have your own pool!! Congratulations, I think y'all are going to fall in love with the east coast once you get settled in.

It’s probably good your pool in closed off from the outside cause of Gators. My ex use to live in Kissimmee, FL so he had lots of adventures of gators roaming freely around everywhere easily. Be careful!! And scorpions
And giant outside roaches who laugh at sprays when they come into your house as well as the mosquitos.
I'm a big fan I just love you guys so much it's one of my favorite people to watch on CZcams Every time I find one of them is I'm like wow how do you people get your kids to go to school to CZcams and also eat and go to work it's really surprising. Thank you guys so much for making all these wonderful videos for kids to watch like me thank you thank you so much and I'll always be a big fan if I stop following you guys and even if I stop watching you guys's videos I will always be a big fan
From Florida and lived in the Orlando area for many years and love it. The critters in Florida are very different and unique and when you are raised there you are taught from the very beginning how to deal with them. Like going to any beaches on the west coast you learn the sting-ray shuffle when entering the water. You also learn that EVERY SINGLE WATERWAY in Florida might have gators in it so always be on cautious. Fire ants are a big problem there as well and we do have venomous snakes so it might be a good idea to brush up on them to stay informed.
I think you made a very wise move. That's a nice large house and you should acclimate to the humidity after a while.

Having another fridge in the garage is a game changer! I moved from an apt in California where I had to buy a fridge to a house in Vegas that had a fridge so I was super excited for extra space and sure enough, it's awesome! Trader Joe's and Costco isnt the closest to us so it's nice being able to stock up on things. Congrats on the move!

It might take you some time to get used to all the wildlife and weather but Florida truly is a beautiful state! Make sure you guys check out the state park and springs! What a beautiful mew home. Congratulations. You can try Old English furniture oil on the damaged spots of the kitchen table and the dresser. (Not the spray polish, the bottle of liquid). You just rub it on a buff with a little pressure and it should help get rid of the spots/scratches, it will definitely lesson their appearance. TFS and again, congratulations

Love the master bed! It's an awesome bed. Kenzie should get first choice of bedrooms since she is the oldest and Lilly should get her choice of a new bed while Kenzie keeps the bed that is already there. That way each girl gets something special.

We have cabinets in our home that also do not go to the ceiling, I ended up finding baskets to put on top of them for extra storage and it also gave the illusion that the cabinets extended higher up towards the ceiling. Not perfect, but an inexpensive fix.
Gave me the shivers just watching those snakes. Lol

I love your new house. You should do a new house tour completely furnished. I wish my house was that big. I’m from Long Island, NY and my house is a 3-bedroom 1 bath. I have to share with my mom and brother. A kitchen and living room. Bedroom are tiny. And a basement.

What about changing the door going into your laundry room to a pocket door. That way you would put a counter fully across the back wall and to door wouldn't be in the way?
