For example, many countries have the same right to vote laws as the US but make it mandatory. Personally, I think while you have the ability to not to vote, it is an immoral to make that choice because voting like serving on a jury is a civic duty that benefits all of society. Not voting is a selfish choice that only harms you and everyone.

The whole season 21 is focused on the central theme about victim players and taking accountability. the quality of the writing varied, but the point remained. I find it a shame to reduce Kyle's problem in Superhard PCness to jealousy, when the fact that Heidi became Cartman 2.0 was just the catalyst. He has been censored since season 19 for his speeches, which coincide with the growing culture of nastiness in their school, especially when he becomes the target and finds himself all alone facing it, even Stan doesn't help him. Aside from being just a lazy copy-paste from the film, unlike his mother, he didn't bomb Canada. Garrison did. He just contributed to its triggering, his only fault being not having listened to Tweek by forgetting who is at the head of the country, he loses all sense of logic as if he had nothing more to lose. But he didn't want to nuke Canada, he just wanted their media and their actions to be no more, we clearly see, unlike Sheila, that he was appalled as soon as he sees the devastation. And to prove that he is not the one responsible, it is not him that Ike went to hunt down, but Garrison.
Honestly love how the future specials showed the other side of Kyle and Cartman's relationship; Cartman genuinely changed for the best, and Kyle instantly becomes an outright toxic influence on his family, purely out of spite for past sins. Cartman is almost always an offensive fire, but it can't be ignored how often Kyle tends to be a gas to that fire.
I still think Cartman not reading the Terms and Conditions is more believable. Also, I still feel like missed opportunity to make his life absolute Hell. Side note- Adobe Photoshop recently had some controversy involving the wording in their terms. That being said, and with the disclaimer that I am not currently a member in good standing of any state bar association and this is solely my personal opinion, I think if it really came down to it, if a company really put something insane in the terms and conditions like "I hereby agree to transfer ownership of all real property to the Apple Corporation to be used or dealt without restriction." I don't think it would hold up as a legally binding contract in court. The biggest reason being there is no airtight way to prove who actually agreed to the terms from a legal perspective. How can you prove to the acceptable standards of a court of law that someone clicking "I agree" is the actual account owner and not their 12 year old nephew using their phone? I also think it's problematic that there's no way for counterparties to negotiate terms which is sort of a fundamental element of a contract, so especially if the agreement is required to use something of critical import like a phone or email account or patient portal to a hospital or doctor's office I think that a good lawyer could argue that you were basically extorted into agreeing to the terms. I also think that with most terms and conditions being filled with legal jargon you could argue a lay person shouldn't be reasonably assumed to be able to fully understand what they are agreeing to without consulting legal council. Moreover, for anyone under the age of majority you can't sign a legally binding agreement anyway in most jurisdictions. Just in 5-10 minutes typing this out I can think of a handful of good arguments to invalidate any agreement like this. I'm sure a good attorney could think of twice as many. As such, Apple's little clause would probably be nulled and voided in a court of law. Also, after a bit of digging, it seems that depending on the situation, the EULA may not be enforceable if the terms are ridiculous, hence why the old "Do not use Apple Software on Nuclear Systems" can be enforceable, but not "You wave all rights to be a person and sign yourself over to Apple for experimentation".

Kyle getting salty at Stan for not voting for Giant Douche is exactly what I see whenever I see anyone encourage their friends/followers to vote. There's always an ulterior motive.
In Kyle's defense, he was being ironic with Cartman because all he wanted was Cartman going to Somalia. Aka ALONE.
Except Kyle showed he didn't care about Butters, Jason, and everyone else dying too if it meant Cartman went down. Hell Kyle was full on smugly celebrating getting rid of Cartman, which again meant that Cartman was going to die horribly. It was only when Ike was in danger that "Mr. Morality" actually cared, he couldn't have cared less about how any siblings or parents the other kids who were put in danger would feel; just that if Ike got hurt, then he, Kyle, would feel bad about it. He's a hypocrite plain and simple.
