- Had to go and collect a wardrobe as my Daughter has way too many clothes and her old one collapsed under the weight! Stopped at a few interesting places on the way. Holsworthy church in Devon was one of them.

People that have passed away have so much more history than those that are still with us.
Love mooching around old graveyard's and churches, lovely windows in that church, all the best 👍
Churches were the heart of the local area for hundreds of years. I think we are guilty of taking them for granted these days. They are often seen as just old buildings that have always been there. I’m not religious at all but I’ve always had a love for old churches ever since I was a child. They are rich in history. Inside many you can almost feel the past going on around you.

I love venturing round old churches, i like to read the dates on the tombstones. there are quite a few 11/12 century churches here and still in use today, the older the better. will have to take some videos footage of them and share 👍😀 Tony
