I am sticking with sky Q for life.
I have my main q box in the front room of house. Mini in the living room and a mini upstairs in my bedroom is there any way of hard wire the minis with out running cables every where.
@@kev2427 I have the 1tb uhdhdr box from 2019 and get sound drop out pixelation. Would it do it on 1tb and 2 tb as the minis use Wi-Fi
Thanks
We’re already a slave to the internet to watch TV, I have D+ , Netflix, now TV and more.
My sky box always says its software updating and it runs slow when i contacted useless sky they said we'll send another box out to me ,all that says to me is there is a bug of some kind thats stopping the box working correctly so all tele call handlers have been instructed to send out another one probably one that was sent to sky with the same problem pete burns made a record about this spinning round in a circle thing years ago

I disagree with your comments as ditched sky q on favour of the stream over 12 months ago. Yeah I have ultrafast plus broadband. Saved money so it was a win win for me
Moving to a new house with no dish. So going to go for the streaming option as I need 5 connections
David is the playlist section, still a mess, in other words, I’m guessing you still can’t add individual episodes from a set show into the playlist and it has to still be the whole thing?
That to me is the bigger drawback, I just wish people knew what they were getting into with sky’s new hardware.
Is it true that you can only add programs from sky channels to your playlist to watch later? So not from the likes of BBC, Eurosport etc?
I took sky stream after moving from Q and I hate it - interface is terrible it’s nothing like Q for rewatching and requires manual switch on everytime on Samsung tvs
To get the full value of Sky Q you still need the internet 🙄 for downloading films etc
Or you just watch the shows as they are broadcast 🙄 So we are all slaved to the internet now!!!
Biggest regret of my life I have ditched it and gone for iptv Wich I use of hotpot of phone I have over 20000 channels 50000 box sets and 72000 movies plus all live sports channels all for £70 for the year
I would join sky stream for sports. I dont want to pay £26 for entertainment which i will not watch
If you want to ff through adverts on your playlist sky want to charge you £5
