Water Main Break Could Leave Creston Under a Boil Order Until Friday

CRESTON - Water will be shut off for the entire Village of Creston starting at 8 AM on Wednesday.
Creston officials say a water main leak at the corner of North Main and East Grant Streets will require shutting the water off to the entire village complete repairs.
A Boil Order will be in effect possibly until June 7th. Authorities ask the 620 residents of the small Ogle County community to stock up on water now.
