- The Color Purple cast sings Total Praise during the closing night curtain call on January 8, 2017 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre on Broadway. This production won the Tony for Best Revival of a Musical, and Cynthia Erivo won for Best Actress in a Musical in 2016. It was magical witnessing this work of art. Apologies that I couldn't figure out my camera settings in time.
