I am a psychiatrist and have children who are university graduates. All were schooled through the regular school system. After 27 years of experience with the regular school system and also my professional experience, I can say this hand on heart that SAHIL ADEEM IS 💯 PERCENT RIGHT.
anxiety, depression, substance abuse, gender dysphoria etc all stem from childhood trauma …. Most of which is from school.
My advice to my children would be to give their children a happy, stable family life and to homeschool them.
Thats why we have completed 80 episodes of Seerah tun Nabi (saw) for kids to learn the life of Prophet (pbuh). Alhamdulilah

Sahir Adeem Bhai mery father ne apny 3 shararti students ko home tuition ke waqt handle karny ke liye Pashto sekhi aur hum sa bachpan main hum sa Pashto tenses boLy ab mery 2 saaL ke beti aur 3 saaL Ka beta Pashto samjta ha aur Beta 3 years ka ha usay German bhe sekha de. Main duty sa wapis aa Kar Dekh Kar heraan hota hoon ke usay German aa rahi ha aur us Ka teacher 67 years ke grandfather hain.
I'm an educator and can NOT imagine going back into schools. It was so sad because I love teaching...and loved being a part of a child's growth. When my son was 2 years old I made him to do alot of math English worksheets puzzle cards for developing his i.q after teaching him basic aslo.i taught him things like play game solving problems....but now in school everything has destroyed...

Raising 4 kids and Alhamdolilah they pray 5 times a day leaening arabic and deen and also studying good in school college and university. Doesnt matter where your child go my personal experience is give them good tarbiat teach them the good and bad what to accept and what not to accept. Every child has different skills . We shouldn’t make general level people life difficult who send children school. Any child can be successful doesn’t matter if he is homeschooling or going school. Living in UK i think he s making lower and middle class families life difficult.

I tried to home school. But u need a Matric certificate for higher education and for Matric u need to learn some absurd combination of courses. Comp with chem and physics. Biology with maths. Romantic poetries and 100 year old Urdu chapter

I appreciate this idea of homeschooling but till which year or which class we should get our kids homechooled. Also in universities they require matric certificate or gcse equivalency soo for that what should we do?

You can make them privately appear in matric and fsc exams.
Yes one can easily appear in O A levels and Fsc, matric privately or thru a school before exams. You can save up all the exorbitant fees of schooling, and invest in university studies. Homeschooling is more of a conscious parenting, it teaches and makes everyone a better person, its not school at home, it's the right way to learn with good moral and intelligent brought up.
Where do you need degree? A marriage doesn't need a degree. Islam Doesn't needs a degree. So why are you running towards a degree?
