Out of all the covers Gigi has done, I think this is my favorite. For me, it’s better than Adele’s version. If I’m not mistaken, Gigi’s version is a bit slower than Adele’s and I think that helped her deliver it with more emotion…and my gosh!…Gigi’s vocals are so clear and resonant. I still get goosebumps every time I listen to this version, which I never got with Adele’s version. The power, the emotion, the delivery…wow, Gigi, wow! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I think this was the way Bruno Mars wanted the song to be sung when he penned it. Best version i have heard by some distance. Very, very good.

Being an old middle age git I have never heard this song before but I doubt the original could possibly be as this rendition. This is very beautiful even almost sublime.

Her rendition is beautiful. The control in her voice and the way she delivers the emotion, specifically in the first chorus, is understated and perfect. I do think she slightly oversings it final chorus but still, the best cover I’ve heard of this song. Adele and Bruno (covering this song - he wrote it) still top it for me but she holds a very close candle.
Watched this again n again. Gigi Vibes elevated Adam Levine's hit song further up to where GV cover is better remembered.

It took me forever to think of it but you have the same sound of the artist who sings the famous original rendition of chorus line. When you say “last night with you” the You sound the same I mean the SAME as the way she sings “kiss the day goodbye the sweetest and the sorrow wish me luck the same to YOU”! Like you two ladies have the same exact voice it’s crazy!!!! I listened to that song thousands of times growing up. Not just the You and the Do but everything. The way you carry your vibrato through the diphthongs. All of it.
