We went to bohol just few weeks ago and I just found out that you could do a day tour in cebu city from tagbilaran and enjoy the foods there then go back again before sunset. There are plenty of scheduled ferries to take but the travel from panglao to tagbilaran then to cebu can be tiring due to time crunch

It's PHP2,940 when we went in January 2024 but not sure what it is now. Lunch is included! And no it doesn't include whale watching
