  • Inspired by Jean Haines I attempt to try and share what I learned from reading her book!
Apologies in advance for the sound - I inadvertently used some copyrighted music so had to mute parts of the video! You live and learn...! I hope it doesnt ruin the experience for you. I may redo this one in the future.

Enjoyed your painting very much. Loose and free. Just the way I like watercolor to be.

Thank you, I love your style. I'm a beginner and I'm wondering if you can share the type of paint brush and size you are using. Thanks again for sharing.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. The brush is size 10 I think but is unbranded. It is just a cheap student brush I bought as a bulk buy. I don't tend to buy expensive brushes. I have to admit I don't understand the differences! At the moment I am happy just using what I have! I found it is better for me to spend the money on the paint firstly then the paper... Happy painting.

@@kbartshop1519 Thank you for your feedback! I'm new and I seem to think these details make a big difference.

@@susanschall577 I found the paint makes the most difference - so if on a tight budget I always spend what I can on the paint. Then I feel paper is the next most important. I am not an expert or a professional, this is just my experience.
