Honestly it’s all about personal preference. I used to like a super tight fit but nowadays I prefer a little bit of room inside and I wear thick performance socks.

@@ziziagyei3413they run thin i have kind of wide feet and im a 9 but i had to go up to a 10.5 for these so i would recommend sizing up
