I’ve been going through a really intense depression. I finally decided today to start therapy, I re-arranged my entire room and cleaned up, now I’m in bed I’m reading this self help book while listening to this. I know things will get better *1 month later: It’s only been a month but it feels like forever ago. I was in such a bad place and I am still working on it but I feel so much more content. I think that the Spirited Away song reminds us of love. It remembers us about the illusions, the things that happened, the ones that we hope that will happen, the love that we feel about our childhood, the perfect love that we felt once about mama. Idk, but I just feel embraced when I listen to this and it makes me feel comfortable enough to put our daily armor away and cry about what the world made with us.
