The CH05 error message means you have an indoor / outdoor unit communication error. It can be caused by any of the following issues: No power on indoor unit. Indoor/outdoor unit power connection error / communication line not installed. Call AC technician

The thing is many ac remote look like same. Normally if you give AC provider a request for Heat option , then only they will give you that type of AC. These AC are exported to Europe and sale in Parts of Kashmir , Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim..etc ( snow regions ). Now I cannot say what type of AC you are using. You can do one thing. There is customer service number in the side of your Indoor AC unit. Make a call and company person will visit you.
@@G4TecTravel yes it is rotating in reverse...but the technician told that LG AC has aluminium plate outside..so it will damage in 3 years...so you have to change jt with copper plate...and the gas is leaked from that... I don't understand the exact problem

That is for self cleaning . It doesn't clean AC air filter. It will evaporate excess moisture in AC internal coils.

Simply increase temperature to desired number. HC is nothing but the ac operates in the lowest possible temperature which is 18 degree centigrade

Might be your Outdoor fan is rotating reverse. These problems are critical.
