Some parts of western Canada are not too cold (Vancouver) and New Zealand is another lovely English speaking country. I would not recommend the US anymore as a destination for young people starting of their careers- even if you can get some type of visa it's impossibly expensive there now- especially California. Texas seems popular, especially Austin, but if you do go to the USA remember the crazy high cost of health insurance and things like property taxes (assuming you can afford to buy your own home).

Both countries have a lot of similarities, both are very safe and clean. The people are also very helpful in both countries but the Germans are more abrupt but that’s just their culture. The food is waaaay better in Ireland. One big difference between the two countries is that everything shuts down on sundays in Germany, whereas in Ireland , everything stays open on a Sunday which is great if you have the day off.

Social welfare is good here but why because there is an elite class structure here and rather then let people improve and better themselves they hold people down with this easy option that is why mental health is so bad and really it looks like a bleeding and so generous but it is also away off holding people down
