I know the material isn’t cheap, but we would always start with full sheets at the coping on both sides of the ramp and work our way toward the center of the flat bottom. And if you see you’re ending up with a sliver like that toward the center you simply cut two sheets down and add the difference of the sliver.
Kinda crazy how much they are willing to show their "workflow" not many businesses are so open about how things work, and I think that works in their favor because to me it would make me more confident that what I want done will get done,

I am curious, how does one calculate the required flat bottom distance for a particular transition radius???

Traditional very ramps are 11 feet radius with 2 feet of vert, for a 13 foot ramp

Given its elevation off the ground and climate, the structure is going to last for decades with new sheeting every other year.
They are using skatelite which is made for the rain and staying in good condition
