I don’t publicly post it but if you’d like to send me a DM on IG, I’d be happy to forward it to you. Same account info over there.

I don't know if you are aware or not If Amazon cancels or modifies and re tenders your company's load(s)/trip(s), it will not impact your company's acceptance score.

My insurance doesn’t expire until the 26th. If i update today do I need to wait a few days?

    • @STATTrucking

ABSOLUTELY YES, TAKE A FEW DAYS OFF!!!!!
What happened to me in 2023:
      czcams.com/video/62NwtdNnNJ8/video.htmlsi=LQP495YfSAqarqMV
Since the 26th is a Wednesday, I would highly recommend attending the insurance office hour they offer through Chime, it’s every Wednesday and Sunday. If you don’t have the office hour info, please DM me on IG (same account info over there) and I will forward it to you (I just don’t want to post it publicly).
Attending this meeting is your only chance to get insurance rejections cleared from your performance score however you MUST attend the meeting prior to asking for rejections to be cleared. I don’t want to sound like I’m being bossy, but do not book anything after the 26th until you attend the meeting otherwise you could have happen to you what happened to me last year and I’m here to tell you, it is miserable. You could attend the one on 6/23 and try to get everything resolved, but I can’t guarantee the same favorable results. I was on one of these calls in the last week and the three people ahead of me all needed to have insurance rejections fixed due to RMIS mistakes.
Apologies for ALL CAPS, I just see you in the same position I was in last year, having all the confidence in the world thinking I’d taken care of everything in a timely manner, only to realize there was still one more crucial step.
If you need the meeting info, hit me up on IG.

Question could you not dispute those rejections that was rejected by amazon?

    • @STATTrucking
      @STATTrucking Před měsícem +1

I did dispute them and lost. I was pissed, ready to quit, and spent six weeks digging myself out of a hole that I still don’t feel like I belonged in.
I made a video about it if you’re interested:
      czcams.com/video/62NwtdNnNJ8/video.htmlsi=iRaMF_oJ56iIQJ3T
That was 2023, what have I learned since then?
Amazon offers an office hour on Chime twice a week on Wed & Sun to clear up any insurance problems. At the office hour, you’re talking to an actual Amazon employee (get their name) and they can tell you whether or not you have the green light to work. Once they give you the green light AND if RMIS messes up (like they did to me in 2023), you can attend the next office hour and that employee has the ability to take it off your performance (what I wish I knew in 2023). If you only go to the office hour after you’ve received the rejections, they will not take them off of your performance.
I know this because I have been on two of these calls in the last couple of months and there are people who get the rejections removed and people who do not. The ones getting the rejections removed are the ones who are repeat callers. The Amazon employee acknowledged that RMIS had messed up the three prior people on the call before she got to me and I made #4.
RMIS is a trash company, any source for online reviews can confirm this. Personally, I’m ready to go on the warpath with them through a video but want to be sure I get everything right. Unfortunately, Amazon takes everything RMIS feeds them at face value and when they’re told there’s a problem with a carriers insurance, Amazon automatically marks that carrier as non-compliant and even though it’s Amazon rejecting the loads, it counts against you as a “carrier out of compliance” rejection.
Since I started my trucking business, RMIS has alleged I have been without insurance six times. It has NEVER happened once and every time, they chalk it up to a glitch/system update/something overlooked/etc. I’ve been waiting until I could prove it and I finally have what I need, but I want to be sure I get the video perfect which is why I haven’t made it yet.
To answer your other question, you are 100% correct, if Amazon cancels, retenders, redirects any portion of a trip, this is of no consequence to your performance score. When they reject a load on your behalf because they are told you are out of compliance, this can and will count against you.
If you’re not familiar with the Chime office hour, let me know and I will send the info your way privately (preferable IG DM), I don’t want to post the meeting ID publicly. This meeting has saved my butt a couple of time.

@@STATTrucking Thanks for your response great information I am going through the same at the moment so all info is great info. Does that insurance chime meeting group help carriers resolve performance disputes related to insurance renewals issues and do they actually discuss the performance
      dispute process?

Apologizing up front for a long response, but I want to be thorough on this one because this trips up a lot of people, including myself.
      Question(s):
When you say “updated”, do you mean you entered all your new information in the system
      Or
Had you previously entered it and last night at midnight is when the previous policy expired and the new policy went into effect??
If you entered in the information but it is set to expire at a future date, you don’t need to worry until that date.
If last was the night the new policy became active, definitely DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING FOR AT LEAST THREE DAYS!❗️!❗️
I’m not an ALL CAPS typer, but I promise this is sound advice and probably the most important thing I’ve ever said.
Last year, I was unaware of this and as soon as I saw the insurance info had updated in their system, I began booking loads as usual. Two days AFTER they gave me the green light to work, they claimed they needed to check something with my insurance (nothing had changed) and Amazon rejected my future loads and counted the rejections against my score, I was ready to quit:
      czcams.com/video/62NwtdNnNJ8/video.htmlsi=erFWCJZ_GeOW8__N
This year, I had the advantage in at least knowing this was a possibility and sure enough, they did they same thing BUT, I didn’t book anything. Had I booked anything, the exact same thing would have happened this year. I feel like it is a shady tactic they “cook into the sauce” of lowering our grades to be able to pay us less.
Are you familiar with the insurance office hour they offer through Amazon Chime? I’d highly recommend attending the next one they have because you’re actually talking to an Amazon employee and they do help you. If you need the info on it, send me a DM through Instagram (same account over there) and I’ll send you the meeting info.
You are at a crucial step, it may seem crazy to take a few days off but I promise it’s a better outcome than the six weeks I spent digging myself out of a hole last year for something I still don’t see as my fault.
Sorry this was so long but serious questions deserve serious answers.

@TheDeliveryGuy Those green lights and “new dates” have been my Achilles heal for two years in a row.
If it were me, I would take some time off until at least Wednesday.
The thing I love about the office hour on Chime is that after the Amazon employee confirms you are good to go, you have their name.
If they were to reject it after that, you could reach out to the same employer via Chime with a message. Amazon being Amazon, I’m sure they’d still try and hold it against you but I feel like that would be more ammunition to win a performance dispute.
Everything I do (with Amazon) is based around how can I use THIS to win my next performance dispute, should I need to do one.
