All of these Slash trucks makes me miss my first 1/10th scale. It wasn’t a Slash, but my sc10 used to battle with them back at Tacoma RC Raceway. Good times
I have a slash I race with the STRC rustler chassis. I love to run it because I can beat the snot out of it and not worry about parts because they're everywhere..😎

Great that you are helping so many.
You might want to stress the "no cheating" aspect. A yellow car missed a jump, tried to climb from the side rather than go three feet and take the jump. Then they gave up and drove on missing a jump and two turns... newbies need to know.

Love what your doing man with showing awareness about the RC world. The vids you put out are fricking awesome. Keep it up man. Been out the world for awhile and now after 9 years of sitting in a box I now have 3 brushed slash 2wd and 1 4wd brushless slash. The town I live in doesn't have a RC store close buy so I'm left with the all mighty internet. Do you have some good links to some great Traxxas parts and upgrads. Really want to get back into spec racing again.
My local track RC3 in Huntsville Alabama is going to start a class for spec slash next season, I think they got a little inspiration from your videos to give it a try.

The green strips are for the wheels after you put on the decals on face of the rim you use the strips and put them inside the dish of the rim

that class would be a good playlist on your channel. and I doubt you would ever be up this way near Seattle so youtube might be the only way to show some of us. maybe film two noobies as you walk them through it. it's something I would like to do with my little brother someday and this summer might be perfect.
Do you have a link to a video already made for getting into RC racing? Looking to buy my first RC and im thinking the slash is what I want. But there are different kinds of slash setups. So unsure if there are different racing classes for different slash setups. But looking to just purchase a slash pull it out of the box and get into racing. Thanks for the help.

Hey Mark, I sent you an instruction video through messenger on how to install those x Maxx wheel decals when I shipped them out to you. It shows where everything goes and how to use a hair dryer or heat gun to get out all the bubbles and make the vinyl stick stronger. If you need anymore or another set just give me a shout, no cost bud also any color.

Mark, grandson, and I like your vids. My grandson wants another Traxxas, a Slash 4 x 4. Since he does alot of upgrades, shouldn't he buy the one with the brushed Titan motor which is the least expensive out of the 3 and do his upgrades from the least expensive car since he's going to replace the motor, esc, shocks etc anyway? Your thoughts. Thanks

Why are they called "spec slash" is it just normal traxxas slash. Could someone tell me what it means and what car to get for it
its the 189.99 one with the 12t brushed motor all stock cheap and fun to race. they also race the mini t or b and its 139.99 and they race both mod and stock at the same time only dif is the mod takes a longer lap so its fun and cheap too if your in to 1\16 scale
