"We never stopped loving each other ..." June and Marc are dead. Gloria claims she and Marc were "soulmates." Marc never bothered to divorce June in order to marry Gloria, even though she was the mother of his child. Who the heck knows what would have transpired if Marc had lived? I just don't totally buy what Gloria is selling. Yes, he loved his son. The truth of it all went to the grave with Marc.

June has said in another interview she and Marc would've got back together because 3 months before his death they were both at the same event with their own group of friends but Marc asked her to go with him and they spent the day together while his girlfriend Gloria was in America and June said he was unhappy with Gloria. He also apparently said to her “If you had not left, none of this would have happened.”

My son and his wife divorced. Even though neither wanted it really. But it was as if they were just going thru the motions. As if a ball was rolling down a hill and u couldn't stop it. Up till the day before the final papers were to be signed..my son cried so hard. He said they are soul mates...he will always love her like no other. He felt there was to much damage had been done and it would have been immense work to stick it out. Very very sad situation to be in. It was excruciating for them, as well as our families. I believe to some extent this was what happened with Mark & June. People who truly love each other don't stop. Things just change. Peace

Not many young 1st marriages last-they fade out & out grow each. I don't think Mac & Glora looked like soul mates-I don't believe in soul mates-if there were I have so many soul mates on the other side I don't ever want to see again! My opinion only-I did not like Glori's voice or the way she changed Marcs persona in music. Her screetching in the back ground-I couldn't listen to his later music when she took over. I don't think Rolan Bolan looks like Marc (not to suggest he wasn't Marc's) he didn't look like Marc. No one looked like Marc-Marc was Marc-his look was his own completely. I doubt his relationship with Gloria was paradise either. Not the way she tell's it-he's not here to say different. I think she wanted the coolest rock star in England & she was going to have him & his baby & that was the way it went. She seemed hyper the way she screamed out in his music-she was probably not watching (talking and looking at him & not the road) & driving too fast on that fateful night. She said they were driving for 45 minutes without incident-well incident's happen in a flash. Maybe Marc would have burned his ownself out eventually & that would have been sad to see too-but we had the best of him.

LOL @ people talking as if they personally knew Marc and the people in his life and witnessed what went on in his relationships. Like someone pointed out, no one forced Marc to leave his wife for another chick, and although it sucks that his first marriage couldn't be worked out, we don't know exactly what happened and what caused it to crumble. Just because they looked like a cute couple doesn't mean that the situation was as equally pretty. Let's refrain from assigning blame to anyone.

They both said they broke up due to the infidelity! June had watched him fall in love with another woman and they still got back together. She decided she couldn’t handle the pain of it again so she left ! Marc admitted in an interview while he was with Gloria the women corrupted him and he liked being corrupted! He said he wouldn’t stay faithful it was too hard in the business

@LearnGuitarDotCom You're going on as if Gloria MADE Marc be with her! People? Puh-lease, once they get a taste of fame, the men especially, they feel they can go anywhere they like, do whatever they like, and drop and leave you. It happens in music and in Hollywood all the time.
Maybe he should have stayed with June, but he didn't. And? But it happens all the time that it's cliche and par for the course. Gloria probably didn't do anything or didn't even need to do much so....

Gloria's the one who's "a bit of an actress". She's always making things up about her relationship with Marc that have been proven not to have even happened but because both Marc and June are dead, she thinks she can have the narrative her way and tells the story as if she and Marc were in some sort of fairytale.
