I hate to open the wound again- but I also went into an extremely deep depression when I lost my Pug, Princess, in 2014. It was just awful. I love my furbabies. I do want children, but I am a total animal person. I love all animals! You’re such a sweet and genuine person- again, so glad you’re back!

I never worry about anything because I have faith in the fact that it all happens the way it's meant to. Even taking a wrong turn on the way to somewhere is a "meant to". I say "thank you Lord" because I figure the wrong turn took me away from an accident or a traffic jam or whatever. I really feel like it's all in His hands and I'm well cared for so why worry.
I’m an animal person, too. It’s just how I’m wired. My daughter and I don’t even eat them. I’ll help any person who needs me, but I’ll tell ya....no animal has ever lied to me, hurt my feelings, or tried to make me feel not good enough. And how you were there with Petie at the end is what we do, too. I read an article a few months back written by a veterinarian where he discussed how awful it is when people leave their pets at the vet’s office to be euthanized. He said the animal looks for his family and often becomes stressed being left there alone. Their last moments are filled with fear. I couldn’t imagine not being there, no matter how painful. Anyways......it’s so nice to know there are people out there who are kinda like me.
RCsMom4 awwww this comment made me cry. I couldn’t even imagine not being there for my Petee. I would have sold my soul to save him but in the end I took his pain onto myself and let him go in peace. What a gift to be able to have been there with him. I never once left his side. I never once went on a vacation without him (minus our honeymoon- my parents watched him as a pup back then) and I wouldn’t change a thing!
Oh Jen..I love when you talked about what your dad always says . That is so, so true ! As someone who suffers from anxiety , I totally get it . My husband always says that I shouldn’t worry about things that haven’t happened yet . It’s such a work in progress, but I’m trying . Even though I’ve watched your videos for many , many years, it’s great to learn more about you! I lost my sweet Maltese last summer and it devastated me . I had her for 8 years and the loss of her made me go into a depression. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of her .

I became a mom at 37 years but love my animals all to bits. And also I go first to dogs then to children ❤️ but that said I love my son to bits. I was pregnant when I lost my luka of 12,5 years. My frenchie was my world. I also got in a depression and still miss her. I cry also time to time. It has been a year 6th august. ❤️❤️. I also have my other frenchie divah, who is going to be 8 years. My son of 10 moths and divah cant be without eachother!

I understand how you feel about losing your Petey. Furbabies are members of the family and their passing is just as painful as the passing of a human family member. I also understand what you mean about being changed by the loss of a pet. I have lost two cats who were very special to me and I am forever changed by their loss. I am grateful for our time together but I will always miss them.
Sue Hawkins so very true. My Petee was my world, my everything. Losing him I lost a piece of me too. But he was just that special. My two boys now make me smile and bring me so much joy and happiness.
Jen I am so like you I'm not a chatty, outgoing person either and also I have anxiety also, and I'll turn 40 June 1st and I'm 5ft.. we seem so similar about the questions. Our dog Lady will be 13 yrs old this coming Wednesday:) and the more older she gets I think about when she passes( I don't want to talk about it or think) I start crying so much!!! She's our first baby:) along with my two human boy's 12 yrs and almost 6 yr old:) This was so much fun and you look fabulous as always..Love you all So much!!!!

Im so glad you're back! I am like you, I like animals better than kids. I am surprised you haven't gone cruelty-free in your make-up and skincare choices. Would love to see that happen (with everyone, not just you). It takes some research, but is pretty easy to do. One channel I follow is MrKongsMom (Melanie), she is cruelty-free and she loves pugs. You might want to check her out if you have a chance! So glad you decided to adopt another dog. As much as it hurts to lose one, there are always thousands out there who need love and a good home. -Carol
I definitely gravitate to dogs more than children myself! My late husband and I never had children but we had 3 dogs and now I have a 4th by myself. I love love love dogs! I don’t think I will ever be without one. Again, I’m so glad your back!

Our first pup was a Heinz 57! She was a black lab/shepherd mix and lived for 16 years! Then we got a yellow lab named Lucy. She was one fantastic girl. She loved swimming in our pool and playing with her ball. We rescued a Golden Retriever at a year old named Maggie. She was so kind and gentle. I had to put her down October 2018. And now I have a little Havanese girl named Molly. She’s a little spit fire but I love her a bunch! I’m seriously thinking of getting another lab or Golden this summer so Molly can have a playmate.

Hello and welcome to the 41 club 🎂🎂 I never was maternal at all and when I lost my dog I was devastated and it was the first time I thought about having a baby. I now have a 4 year old who is bonkers about dogs (his nana is a lover of black labs) and he is obsessed with “his dog”

It’s so funny because I’m the polar opposite in almost every way lol! I’m quite a Chatty Cathy I’m a big eater(something im working on overcoming) my house is never in a clean state but I have 7 children lol. We clean every single day too but it is what it is. I do have anxiety and OCD as well. I like your dads advice. There’s a novena prayer that helps with fear and anxiety and it’s changed my life. It’s called the surrender novena. I have a large family 7 children and I just found out im pregnant with number 8! I found out about a week ago. I’m very happy and I’ve never felt more at peace and joyous about it. I am a kid person. I love children. I wasn’t always this way. This was my vocation in life and God has molded me. That’s ok if you’re not a kid person. I’m not a big animal person only because I’m so busy with all my children. I’m blessed to be an at home mom I homeschool them all except my one son who is special needs. I love to cook. I hate to clean..lol it was really funny to hear how opposite you and I really are! Lol you really are such a joy to watch and you don’t have to be anything like me for me to like you. I think you are down right adorable!!! You always make me smile when I see your vids! I’m so glad you’re back!!! You really light up my day! Have a blessed day! 😊💖

I agree with the losing an animal one of my babie passed a couple years ago, and I still miss her so much. And a pet is a family member not just a pet. They aren’t replaceable. Anyway live youvideos!

I am of a dog mom as well to three sweet babies here and a few in Heaven. Our Sookie angel lets us know she watches over us all the time. No question in my mind they are waiting for us in Heaven. And there are no human children in our foreseeable future. Never say never but... not in our minds or desires and we are getting up there in age. Pawrents fur life 🐾

And even though we were expecting her to pass away towards the end, it broke our hearts so so very much, but we feel so blessed to have had her in our lives 💕 and now I have a 12 year old Lab as an adult (44 🤪😂) and she is like another child to me, my life feels so complete with a dog 🤗... I had always had boxer dogs and lost my little fur man Lenny last July. We weren’t ready for a new dog till 3 weeks ago and decided on getting a rescue without thinking of breed at the shelter. so we met a bunch of different dogs and decided on a sweet little pitty Lucy that we just fell in love with. I can honestly say breed really doesn’t matter, they are all wonderful🐶❤️
