Man, great video. You found the winning combination. I was always telling that being a CZcamsr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need... The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a bit of Famester of course) will always pay off at the end 💪

hey, I'm a shorts creator and I'm not really someone who needs subtitles and commentary as I am an editor, I've been on CZcams shorts for about 1.5 years now and I've got only a couple videos with more than 100k or even 20k views. Can you advise me on what to do?

what is the Ai tool u use that gives you examples on which tags to use and how good the Titel is on 8:21 ?
I use vidIQ for the tags (link in the description), and the title doesn't matter that much on the shorts, so I just outlined the most interesting part of the short 👍🏼

The only disadvantage is that sometimes views go down and you lose motivation, but if you endure it, everything changes 😉
