Hoopa rings are rare to find like 5% spawn rate so you either find it by luck or not
Does the ring spawned on a specific biome or it's random spawn

Bruh you had a master ball master balls have 100 percent catch rate
For some reason in the add-on you can't catch them unless weakened because if you throw the ball it will just gain damage and not catch it

Hoopa rings spawn randomly on any biome i believe and very rare to find so you have very little chance to find itby luck
I tried everything but nothing works pretty much I watched your video already it still nothing works believe me I tried

Thats because they are very rare to find, they will randomly spawn in your world without knowing

Yeah, In the addon you can't catch the legendaries unless they are weakened ,if you throw the ball without weaken it, it will just gain damage and not catch it
