This is exactly the kind of video I wanted to see.
Brilliant video, enjoyed it totally.Liam would be proud of you.Very timely video as I am interested in ifootage lights, thanks and don’t stop.
Thanks for actually using the gear instead of just talking about it(other reviews/vids). Thanks!
*_Thanks as always I enjoy watching your videos keep it up._*
That's one of the best Liam Neeson impressions we've seen! The lighting setup is on point as well, great work, Hugh, really enjoyed this piece of work! 👊
This wasn’t bad at all!!! I enjoyed watching you troubleshoot and problem solve. We’re all out here learning, brother. Im very inspired.
Thanks man, it's all about inspiration to be honest. No matter what views I get, if people feel like making their own content after watching my stuff, then it's a success.
Brilliant acting, I honestly thought you had pulled in audio of the real Liam Neeson. Super complex light set up, I'm looking for the absolute basics to light my youtube studio/office, though.
What an impressive stuff, Hugh. Would be grateful for some basic color grading tutorial.
Thanks a lot, yeah, I'm really hoping to go weekly on this channel and if that's gonna happen, then grading videos will be a part of it.
Your accent is very convincing. I can see you are full method actor 😂
I really like this style of video Hugh, especially how you modified the practicals and problem solved on the fly. I remember you reviewing the gobo but I haven't actually used one before. So I think I'll pick a gobo up, it should add some versatility in terms of the scene/set design. I like your attention to detail when you identify how you hold the phone too. Also, you setup the focus in that way, so you can switch it to manual focus for the takes?
Thanks Michael, yeah a gobo is a great thing and though this video uses the iFootage gear, I quite like those Godox s60's in how they can project like that. You can't go wrong. The main close ups are all autofocus set to single point. I just had to keep my face aligned. Something that's easy to do if you have an actor but not easy when doing it yourself. The main bed scene wider shot was manual. Hope all is well.
Always good content! Getting the bedroom setup for the onlyfans page too!! Just joking, but learning about lighting is pretty neat.
Honestly even at the first take I was like “wow he sounds just like the movie” haha
Ha ha, thanks a lot.
Agree. Just brilliant.
