Why must taxpayers pay out of sympathy. I am sorry for the people but the owners whoever responsible should pay. Why r we keep asking who's going to pay.

You know what, some of South African citizens are also out of the country my dear and such tragedies can happen to them and you wouldn't have been talking in this manner.Think before you say things. We are all humans and there's no way you can have such bitterness over jobs that you are even happy about what happened in George. Its so sad.It doesn't matter the race, colour or nationality that was affected because we are one people

@@ericahmakutuya2870You do know how hard it is to work in another country as a South African when you undocumented? We not saying what happened is not sad but what is saying is the only help they should be seeking should be through compensation fund because documented or undocumented those people are entitled to it whatever South African government is going to do should be to add on top of what they already have.

@@ericahmakutuya2870 I dont think there is any SA citizens working undocumented in any country, if there are then they should expel them, during Covid our gov fetched many people in other countries, why are we getting involved in this incident?

@@ericahmakutuya2870it matters, you don't have even one South African citizen illegally in your country and working, being here illegally is a CRIME

@ericahmakutuya2870 hi. If I was working outside that owners that employed me must pay everything. I am sorry n sad for the people but you can't say we r humans only when tragedy occurs. They also took their chances n this is what happens. You can't cry when you know what you doing is wrong. Why do it then. Wrong is not right

They came illegally,, hired and worked illegally,, they didn't share nothing with South Africans infact, they were enjoying benefiting alone.
Now they want legal assistance from South Africa Tax Payers.
Zimboz think they've certain entitlements in SA.
