More info on my question about advertising from the last video: I'd heard that medical videos weren't monetized, but I wasn't sure if that was only for actual doctors. Now that I know that Thuy's videos aren't monetized, I'm even more glad that I'm a member! Honestly, it's one of the best investments I've ever made. Heck yeah I’m loving the sunshine! I have a fairly vast container garden on my patio but during May Gray and June Gloom, by the time the sun comes out of the clouds, my patio is shady! So I’ve been hauling all of my plants to the yard at about 2 every day for some sun. Haul ‘em out, haul ‘em in, haul ‘em out, haul ‘em in… FINALLY it’s sunny and I don’t have to do that! 😅😅😅
@@drevinatorslaw7356 I totally understand about the cloudy weather and plants, except for the hauling back and forth. My day lilies (which are in the ground) have finally started blooming! They’re about 3 weeks late though lol cause they need more than a few hours of sunlight, and when they bloom, they’re soooo bright and beautiful! Now it’s sad though because I’m moving (to lakeside) and according to my sister who’s a gardening expert, I have to leave them behind 🫤

It makes me so happy to watch you firmly squeezed 2 or 3 times to ensure the extraction is complete. I cringe when i watch videos where they use sharp instruments to prod, poke or scrape till a face is bloody or they squeeze once and move on leaving obvious remnants. You are a gift to the profession and a pleasure to watch at work.

Why are big, clean, empty pores so blooming satisfying?
That’s what I’m trying to figure out. It’s so satisfying and I don’t know why.
We get satisfaction after seeing anything that has been cleaned, especially gunk from the face because things are more pleasing to look at after cleaning.

I like it when they at least try squeezing before they jab with a scalpel.
Sometimes she does but sometimes she doesn't, and I like to think she's professional enough to decide her MO.
Thuy has the advantage of being hands on - seeing the face/skin in multiple dimension where as we can only see in 2-D. And as Di Mellor stated, she has been doing this long enough to know what she needs to do and knows when she will likely be successful with or without the nick in the skin.

This is the way it should be done! Show this video to the girl in purple. You squeeze a second or even third time if it needs it. You go slow enough we can follow. You show the good results on the blade. You don’t skip. You clean the pores well. This is why I usually only watch you!!!!

Is it just me or does it also drive you crazy when there is a huge white head just blaring like the bright star and they start somewhere else and then end up popping it with their finger while poking at some little nothing under the skin.
The esthetician doubtless prefers to get the ones that are not likely to make a bloody mess first.
