- If you want to send messages from MS Excel to whatsapp automatically, especially for promotion, then you can go through this video. In this video, i will teach you how you can send multiple messages from excel to whatsapp including messages, audio, video, images, documents, pdf etc. We will be using simple VBA code to automate the task performed in sequence.
I will be using shortcut commands to create a VBA code and then will explain the complete code in just 5min.so that you can change the code according to your needs.

1. Can you modify VBA in such a way that I can send same message to multiple contacts without copying and pasting in all the rows? (Similar to the use of $ in excel to fix a cell)
2. Can we have 3 sets of columns viz message, image/video and also pdf for the same contact? ( Meaning 2 attachments and 1 message)?

How Can I skip Mbile no if whatapp not avilable on other site mobile
Hi sir, there is another issue i am facing. Actually i have our customers database and the problem is "few of those numbers are not on whatsapp" and because of not finding a nuber it interrupts further code run. For that we have to apply "Esc" after "^n" for no contact found with if condition. But i don't know how to apply, please help.

Two things are missing in this great software...
1) Ability to send messages including images/pdfs etc. to unsaved messages.
2) If the phone number does not have whatsapp, then the software is crashing. It should ideally skip such numbers.
Otherwise it is a great software.

Good. But this skips the possibility of non-whatsapp numbers. If a number on the excel file doesn't have a whatsapp account, this can occur an error. So please modify to skip the non-whatsapp numbers

The code is very nicely running. It's kind of request - if the number is not available on whatsapp then if-else statement can be used so that number will be skiped. Can you provide/suggest the if-else code for the same.

@@techalertr I am also having the same issue. My contact person has given me a phone number which I use to contact him to talk directly, but his number is not on whatsapp, so your code does not proceed further and gives error. Can you quickly provide a code amendment for this issue please.

your hard working is good, even great but there's an issue every time we use your new script. this time if we start the script it searches in the main app insted of the list of chat as the app also has a CTR+F feature so its hitting that insted of the chat find list. kindly fix this issue
my upper issue resolved as i was using microsoft store whatsapp.
now new issue came up that is if a number is not in the list at that point all the script gets upset it should bypass if the number is not found or if it is blocked. could you fix this issue?
