On CODE#1 the TEXT is incorrect, I had to watch what the character was doing to realize why it wasn't working. Code #1 is as follows: PUNCH, PUNCH, STOMP, PUNCH, PUNCH, STOMP, STOMP, PUNCH, PUNCH, PUNCH, STOMP, STOMP.

You can find the first code in Second Officer J. Chic's room in Crew Quarters. Its on the wall to the right when you walk into the room.
If your having trouble just walk out of the room, wait for the door to close the go back in and do the code, 😊
Specifically if you walk out of the circle it resets so if you mess up all you have to do is step out of the circle
@@BoneGoddess I just did it after using this guy's code 1 for 20 minutes (which was wrong). Didn't have to leave the circle or the room

I wonder where you find the other punchy and stompy codes. The one that went around the clock with it was both ingeniously hidden, but now kinda obvious. When shown I was like "Oooooooh," and a little sad I didn't think of that on my first playthrough, but also quite positive I would have put that together on a 2nd or 3rd run and found it myself.
But I doubt I would have _ever_ gotten the nodes or the song under my own power...... especially because I would have walked away from the first message all confident like, _"Heh,"_ and never come back!

It’s a well-known shanty that actually got popular on Tik Tok a couple of years ago.
Idk why but for the fist code I got a bronze semi-conductor instead of nodes

The only downside to the first code is that I'm doing a plasma cutter only run so I got more useless modes nodes. I've got over 20 in my pocket and the plasma cutter is maxed and I need the next suit which only has like 5 more nodes.
You could upgrade the other weapons for the achievement without taking them out from storage
You can use them to upgrade all weapons. There is an achievement for that too and you will need over 70 notes to get the achievement

Try having over 100 nodes cause you already upgraded everything 😅 and can't sell them

So these cheats doesn’t affect trophies or they do stop you from getting them
I don't think they are cheat codes but instead an Easter egg. One code is on the floor near the circle, another is on a wall in one of the executive suites, etc. Finding the codes is more like a secret puzzle. I think you actually have to do it for the 100% achievement since it is a text and audio log.

Apparently it wasn’t originally for the game, it was just some devs bored during lockdown having some fun for the rest of the team. Someone just liked it enough to add into the game as an Easter egg.

i found them in the game later areas where you see these hand and foot marks. they were on the wall somewhere

Surely there is something to the puzzle in chics deluxe quarters? Same looking code on the wall and a circle outside the room. I couldn't get anything to trigger
I just came across it. Did the set 8 times in multiple “likely” spots. Nothing…seems strange. After all the others, why wouldn’t this one work. Someone just hasn’t figured it out yet I’m guessing..

I'll never understand why they had to go so hard with the clownish stuff on this series, considering it's a horror game and doing so vaporizes every aspect of horror it could have.
But you have to look very very hard to find that. I had no clue these are codes. The game imo has wonderful suspense athmosphere

It's an EASTER EGG. Not really meant to be taken seriously. And it's a hidden one. You are NOT going to naturally find it if you aren't looking for it
