Happiness Journey Year 1: Complete

Can’t believe is been a year. A messy year. And for being focused on happiness I seemed to be upset a lot of it. But I am realizing I DID gain a great deal, the benefits which are just beginning. I am obtaining higher levels of joy than ever before. I DO understand the nature of reality and my results more clearly. And so…I am thrilled with this experience and so so eager for more!!

The reality is i lost my husband 16months ago..he died from consequence of bizarre sports accident playing football while kept innocent in prison..Me and my children were super positiv and optimistic about his coming out of prison but...his thoughts were also super positiv...
