your response to this should be organized as STAR , which means you tell the weakness, the Task and action you made to over come and the result you have achieved on that specific weakness. remember if you just mention the weakness and leave the rest, the panel will not consider you as professional candidate.

Professional perspective is important. I would say I studied excel, know basics but I need to review my knowledge on complex parts of it, apart from formulas. Coz it's something I already studied, I should get to a level of using it in data analysis. I will find an online course to revise on it
