  • If you own a set of Flexx Handlebars and they seem like they are going soft on you, it’s probably time to replace your elastomers. If you have never tried a set, Fasst Company’s Flexx Handlebars, they’re designed to isolate your upper body from vibration and high frequency impacts that get past your suspension which may come from roots, stutter bumps, or the metal to metal impact of your suspension bottoming out, while protecting you from catastrophic low frequency impacts like casing a jump, or a massive g-out. Flexx Bars are popular with many top racers and can really benefit trail riders and weekend warriors with stock suspension. They have many different bends available for adult and youth riders. If you are interested in a set and aren’t sure which bend is right for you, Fasst Company encourages you to contact them. They pride themselves on being ergonomic experts and can help you select the right bend for you based on your machine, chassis setup, your size, riding style, and ability level.
You can order a six compression elastomers and nuts, or four rebound elastomer and hardware set with elastomers of your choosing for $23.99, or purchase the elastomers individually for $3.00 each, allowing you to swap out all four elastomers and have your bars working and feeling like new for $12.00. Just like choosing the right bar bend, if you aren’t sure which elastomer setup will serve you best, the knowledgeable staff at Fasst Company highly encourages you to shoot them a call or e mail.
