I would definitely put some barstools at your island where that pole is! I have that same setup in my kitchen too and I wasn’t crazy about it at first, but I end up sitting at the barstools in the morning way more than I expected!

@@sarellyquezada7577 All three are amazing places to raise kids.All three are touching. Holly springs and wake forest are more pricey then Raleigh. They have great schools,restaurants,parker's whatever you are looking for.

I live in a 2 bedroom trailer and its $800 a month. So I would say $800-$1800 depending where you move in Raleigh. I live In the country. 10 mins from Downtown

I think the couch would go perfect where you were talking about. Also it seems like that's how they set up the living room anyways since you can see the cable outlet and electric outlet on the wall your TV will go. And like you said it will make it feel like the kitchen and living room are their own spaces 😊 love your new apartment!

@@natjuj894 we're going to rent an apartment. We actually just spoke with the management company of one complex and they will hold it for us. We have to put a deposit of course and fill out the application. They do virtual touring or send a video and pictures. Seems pretty simple and smooth. What about you?

What mattress did you end up getting from Costco?
I get what you mean about that bar on the kitchen island however I think if you put the couch in front of the island it’ll close off the space and make it look smaller versus if you put the couch against a wall, it’ll keep the space open. Honestly, I think once you have all your furniture and decor in you won’t even notice that anymore ☺️ just my opinion
