As someone with telekinesis, ofc this wouldn’t work out. As a beginner, you have to start with a psi wheel, and it takes days to get it a little bit to move. Then you go on with foil, start with airforce and build your way down to 0% airforce (without that heavy movements and breaths both of them did). To move foil without airforce, it normally takes 1-2 months with continuous practicing every day a few hours. And no, its not impossible, but you have to channel your energy through ur body to the object, means youll need a lot of enery, focus and believe. If u dont believe in it, u wont work out. When youll get results: 1-2 months: moving foil/paper without airforce 3-5 months: moving a cup without airforce 6-9 months: moving bottles wothout airforce, knocking them over, pulling objects 1 year: book pages, plastic, small lamps,etc. 1/and half: moving lamps,books,knocking heavier things over 2 years: beginning to move chairs, doors and skateboards. There are also other kinetic powers like electrokinesis( which is usually pretty hard for beginners) where you can control light Aerokineses( pretty hard too) where you control wind Hydrokinesis (medio) where u control water Atmokinesis (only for advanced kinetics) where you influence/ control weather There are so much more, but I wont list them or Itll take me hours lol SO YES: TK IS REAL AND F EVERYONE CAN LEARN IT!
